Ray, horse properties in Antelope seem like they would be very desirable! At least here in California, they demand a pretty good premium above same-size homes on smaller lots. Personally, I love the idea of distancing myself from neighbors! :)

That is great, Ray...and it sounds like the type of community that people live in for long-term. After having acreage, I think most people would not consider moving to a home on a small lot...especially if they have horses! :)

Ray - That sounds like a wonderful neighborhood. Sound like thare are some real affordable priced homes available.
Ray - I discovered recently that Aurora and Centennial are almost the same thing when I was previewing in the area and locked myself out of my car. The locksmith couldn't find me when I gave the address as Aurora, as the MLS said. But when he tried Centennial his GPS found the house. An hour later .. well, you don't need to hear the rest of THAT story!
